A paragraph is enough to start. Rough ideas are welcome - working out what should be built is part of the job.

Usually by email or a call, whichever you asked for. If it is not something we should take on, we say so then rather than later.

A written scope and a price
What is included, what is not, and what it costs. No estimate is given before we understand the work, because one given earlier is a guess.

Build, review, hand over
You see it working as it is built, not at the end. You get the code and the accounts it runs on.
Before you write
- We are a small team working from India, so we take on a few projects at a time rather than many.
- We do not quote a price before understanding the work. Anyone who does is quoting a different piece of work from the one you want.
- We will tell you when something is a bad idea, or when an existing tool already does it for a fraction of the cost.
