A website and enquiry pipeline for an organic farm

A fast, mobile-first site for a working organic farm near Bokaro, with visit bookings and plot enquiries that land in a staff queue instead of a forgotten inbox.

  • 2kinds of enquiry: farm visits and garden plots
  • 1queue where every enquiry is tracked to an outcome
  • 0code changes needed to publish a new blog post

The problem

The farm’s previous enquiry form saved submissions that nobody was reading, and its blog posts were written into the page’s code, so publishing one needed a developer.

Visitors are mostly on phones, often on slow connections, and want three answers quickly: what is it, what does it cost, and how do I come and see it.

What we did

  • A single, fast page that answers those three questions first, with plans and prices in plain terms and a service-area checker.
  • Two short forms - book a visit, or ask about a plot - validated on the server so bad data cannot get in, and delivered to a staff queue with statuses from "new" to "converted".
  • Blog posts written and published from the same content desk the rest of the platform uses, with images and reviewer approval.

The result

Every enquiry has an owner and a status, and a note of what happened when someone called.

The farm publishes its own seasonal posts without a developer.
