Cancelling a consultation

• More than 24 hours before the call: cancel for a full refund, no reason needed. Use the cancellation link in your booking email, or write to us.
• Within 24 hours of the call: we will move it to another time at no charge. If you would rather have the money back, ask and we will refund it — we would rather not keep money for a call that did not happen.
• If you do not turn up: write to us. The first time, we will rebook it.

If we cancel

If we move or cancel a call, you choose: another time, or a full refund. If we are late by more than ten minutes and you would rather not continue, that is a full refund too.

After the consultation has happened

A consultation that has taken place is not refundable, because the thing you paid for — the time and the answer — has been delivered. If you feel it was not worth what you paid, write to us and say so. We would rather refund somebody who was disappointed than argue about it.

Project work

Project work is quoted and agreed separately, and the refund terms are set out in that agreement before any money changes hands. Nothing on this page overrides what we agree in writing for a project.

How long a refund takes

We start a refund within 3 working days of agreeing it. Once started, the money reaches you through the same method you paid by, usually in 5 to 7 working days — that part is the bank’s timing rather than ours, and it can be slower for international cards.

Refunds always go back to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

Write to support@shravyaworld.org from the address you booked with, and say what you would like to happen. You can also call +91 72055 06292. We reply within one working day.
